My career has spanned the spectrum of industries across the world, from banking and finance to commercial real estate, aerospace, and emerging technologies. I founded a premier L.A. law firm, pioneered advanced banking and securities initiatives, served as Special or General Counsel to over 100 financial institutions, and have served as acting COO and CEO of numerous companies. I've been a Chairman for the State Bar of California, taught business law and ethics for Pepperdine University's MBA program, served as Special Master for dozens of complex criminal cases, and worked for two years in Iraq with the Prime Minister of Kurdistan to set up a banking system and other infrastructure for the Kurdish region during the Iraq War.
